通过干湿结合的方法,开展植物进化及功能基因组方向的研究,尤其关注microRNA

1. 通过生物信息学的方法,结合进化生物学理论,揭示microRNA的起源演化模式

2. 通过分子遗传学的方法,揭示物种特有的microRNA的功能及其分子机制

3. 高通量组学数据分析,大数据的整合与数据库系统开发
